This guide provides you with a 42 Question ACE (Adverse Childhood Experience) Trauma Checklist.  This list is designed to detect where symptoms of childhood trauma are surfacing in your adult life. If your trauma score is 5 or higher, and you have not addressed your trauma profile by the age of at least, 30 years of age, then please consider looking at how your trauma is impacting your life, and seek counselling for it.
 

  1. Self-rate yourself to determine what is happening for you. Do it bit by bit if it raises too much for you by doing it in one go or complete it with your therapist in session. 
  2. Bring this list to session with you and your therapist will go through this with you.
